The Story
One life can hold more than one melody
I'm Rewant Bhandari — a singer from Kathmandu. I write songs of rain, romance and nostalgia, like "Barkha", "Paran" and "Sanu".
Off the stage, I chair Himalayan Joy Force, an NGO putting 267 marginalised children through school in the Pharping hills, and lead projects for Friends for Nepal, the Austrian NGO that funds them.
And between verses, I research AI at Industry Rockstar and run I.R. Mediatech, a Kathmandu-based tech company.
